All domestic orders ship via FedEx Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders, including 2nd Day and Next Day, placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to ship. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, however we do deliver 7 days a week.

Domestic returns are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. If you would like to return your purchase, please click HERE to begin the process.

• Please note that a $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for online returns on orders placed on or after March 25, 2025. If you prefer store credit, or you'd like to return your order at one of our store locations, the restocking fee will be waived.
• Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment.
• Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place.
• If you wish to receive an online credit, please select gift return on the returns page.
• Items purchased on sale are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions.
  

We are accepting gift returns that fall within our store return policy in exchange for store credit.

We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.
