DOMESTIC RETURNS
- Domestic returns are eligible for a refund if postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
- Please note that a $9 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for online returns on orders placed on or after March 25, 2025. If you prefer store credit, or you'd like to return your order at one of our store locations, the restocking fee will be waived.
- We accept gift returns in exchange for store credit. Initiate your gift return by selecting the gift return option in our return portal linked above.
- Full-priced items, unless marked Final Sale, may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment or for store credit in the case of a gift return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. LoveShackFancy reserves the right to deny any return if the merchandise does not comply with our policy.
- If your item arrives damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery to remain eligible for a refund.
- Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
FINAL SALE & EXCLUSIONS
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Discounts cannot be applied to sale items. We do not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders placed prior to the promotion.
- Select collaborations are final sale, including but not limited to our collaborations with Stanley, Roller Rabbit, and Goody x Wet Brush.
- All LoveShackFancy fragrance products are final sale.
- Swimwear must be returned in its original condition, with packaging, tags, and hygienic liners attached.
- Sunglasses must be returned with the sunglass case with chain and cleaning cloth included.
- Wallpaper must be returned with the roll intact in the plastic that it was shipped in.
TRUNK SHOWS & PRIVATE EVENTS
Items purchased at LoveShackFancy trunk shows & private events are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
